The meats and sides listed below will be made available. Your Guests will individually choose 1 meat and 2 sides of their preference. Ideal for events with a budgetary or time constraint.
Two Meat Two Sides
$32 per Guest*
The meats and sides listed below will be made available. Your Guests will individually choose 2 meats and 2 sides of their preference. Great for any type of event including lunches and dinners.
Three Meat Two Sides
$38 per Guest*
The meats and sides listed below will be made available. Your Guests will individually choose 3 meats and 2 sides of their preference. Great for any type of event including lunches and dinners.
All packages include rolls, BBQ sauce, pickles, onions, jalapeños, plastic forks & knives, disposable serving boats and napkins.
All packages include 2 hrs. of service time. Additional service time can be added for a charge pending availability.
